The Annual General Meeting closes the 2010-2011 season.
At the AGM the committee will report on the season, give a financial statement and present possible plans for the following season
You as members are invited to put forward plans, voice new ideas or concerns, and a new committee will have to be elected.
Please consider stepping forward to take a seat on the committee as some committee members will be stepping down.
It involves meeting every 4-6 weeks to discuss ongoing and new business in a friendly atmosphere.
